How do I book a class?
Easy! Just follow these steps:
1. Open the MINDBODY app or head to our booking page.
2. Search for our studio (you know the one!).
3. Find the class you want and hit BOOK NOW.

I’m new! Do I need an account?
Yep! You’ll need to create a free MindBody account before booking. It only takes a minute—think of it as your golden ticket to all the fun.

Can I book multiple classes at once?
Absolutely! You can book ahead for the week (or more) to secure your favorite spots. Just repeat the booking steps for each class.

What if a class is full?
Don’t panic! If a class is booked out, jump on the waitlist. If a spot opens up, MindBody will automatically notify you. Just keep an eye on your email or app notifications.

How do I cancel a class?
Plans changed? No worries. Cancel via the app or online at least 12 hours before class starts to be eligible for a refund. We’ll miss you, but we get it—life happens!

Do I need to pre-pay?
Yes! To lock in your spot, payment is required at booking. No awkward post-class fumbling for your wallet—just show up and enjoy!

How do I set up Auto-Pay?
Want to keep your membership running without lifting a finger? Here’s how:
1. Log into your MINDBODY app or head to our booking page.
2. Go to “My Account” > “Billing” (or something similar).
3. Select Auto-Pay/Memberships and choose your plan.
4. Enter your payment details and confirm.
5. Boom! You’re all set. Your membership will renew automatically, so you never have to worry about missing a class. -
How do I book a class with my Auto-Pay membership?
Once your Auto-Pay is set up, booking is a breeze:
1. Open the MINDBODY app or visit our booking page.
2. Find your class and hit BOOK NOW.
3. Your membership will automatically apply—no need to enter payment!
